 Thanks so very much for ordering our delightful and awesome handmade body care products!  All orders made on our website are final. We all work hard to ensure that your order is sent out in a timely manner. Our system validates all mailing addresses, however, if you have changed your billing/shipping address there is no way that we will know.  We can only ship your items according to what is in the checkout process.  Please check and double check your order before you confirm.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

  Shea butter is heat sensitive, just like regular butter. At temperatures above 80 degrees, it is possible for whipped body butters to melt while in transit. In efforts to prevent this from happening we ship and package them in insulated mailers. The temperatures that the body butters are exposed to once they've shipped are completely beyond our control. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that they will not melt between the time they are shipped and when they are delivered. We DO NOT RECOMMEND ordering if your temperature is above 80 degrees.
